Return & Refund Policy

At Magnetic Memories Studio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All our photo magnets are custom made and personalized using the photos and details you provide.
Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect photos uploaded, or personal preference once the order has been placed.

  • Please double-check your photos, cropping, and order details before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please email us at Magneticmemoriesstudio@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no extra cost:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the issue)

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date

  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed as lost

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
